HR Payroll and Benefit Coordinator

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail oriented, Excel Guru that has proven success processing payroll in a multi-site environment. Our ideal person would be a strategic problem solver that can help us navigate our aggressive growth and streamline processes, while ensuring everyone is paid timely and accurately. We are a leading franchiser of Fast Food and Convenience stores with almost 80 sites across Texas and growing. Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is highly desirable. Only positive, passionate and productive workers need apply. The HR Payroll and Benefit Coordinator is responsible for managing accurate and timely payroll processing and benefit administration. They ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, ensure positive benefit vendor communication and relationships, and maintain detailed and accurate employee records, while resolving payroll and benefit-related issues efficiently. Opportunity for cross training and adding Generalist duties for the right applicant. Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on schedule Manage and update employee payroll and benefit information Generate payroll reports for management and compliance Assist in New Plan year set up, open enrollment and benefit administration Handle benefit deductions and adjustments Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies Maintain organized payroll and benefit records and documentation Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in payroll / benefits administration Proficiency with payroll software such as ADP or Paychex Super star skills in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations High attention to detail Effective communication skills Strong problem-solving capabilities Great time management Company Description Harnessing our Family oriented culture, we strive to provide world-class guest experiences throughout our operations.
