About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Head of Human Resources to guide the HR function through a period of significant growth, acquisition integration, and operational stabilization. The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR leader, responsible for leading and developing a small HR team, overseeing various HR functions, and creating a strategic HR roadmap that aligns with the company's business objectives. This role is pivotal in strengthening employee engagement, trust, and communication, and in partnering with the executive team on organizational design, talent strategy, and culture-building efforts. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a true player-coach, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. Key responsibilities include managing HR operations, supporting a field-based workforce, and driving HR transformation and change management initiatives. The role requires a leader who is practical, approachable, and capable of building trust across all levels of the business. The executive team is highly engaged and collaborative, and the Interim Head of HR will be expected to be equally accountable and to contribute to the strategic vision while being deeply involved in the day-to-day realities of the workforce.
