Substitute Custodian OpportunityPosition: Substitute Custodian OpportunityLocation: District BuildingsWork Schedule: 4 and 8 hours shifts between 2:00 pm – 10:30 pmReports To: Custodial Manager, Head Custodian, and Building PrincipalSalary: $17.66 per hourQualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.Essential FunctionsDump trash and reline trash cans.Clean, dust mop, sweep, and mop kitchens, lunchrooms, classrooms, hallways, and stairwells.Clean and sanitize desktops as needed.Vacuum rugs and carpetsClean windows, door glass, and mirrors as needed.Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and keep restrooms supplied with towels, soap, and other items. Clean walls, stalls, and partitions as needed.Dust and clean walls, doors, windows, woodwork, and other above surfaces.Dust, clean, and polish furniture.Police outside areas immediately adjacent to building.Notify superior of equipment and facilities needing repair or replacement.Replace accessible light bulbsOther duties as assignedOther ConditionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Hours are flexible, based upon district needs. This position does not offer benefits.
