Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time – Bay City, MI Benefits 401(k) Bonus based on performance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off License reimbursement Competitive salary Flexible schedule Training & development Role Description As an Account Associate for Jon Laporte – State Farm Agent, you will support daily business operations and contribute to customer success. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
