If you’re searching for Medicare sales agent, Medicare enrollment specialist, or Medicare community outreach roles, this is a strong match. 100% remote role, California residents preferred Responsibilities Meet enrollment and retention goals for Medicare Advantage (D-SNP focus) Manage the full enrollment application process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions Educate members/prospects on benefits, eligibility, and plan value in a compliant manner Work self-generated, partner-generated, and company-provided leads; maintain an active sales pipeline Build relationships with providers, community organizations, and referral partners Participate in and support community events, group presentations, and outreach activities Maintain compliance with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and applicable state requirements Track activity and performance metrics using sales/lead management tools; provide routine reporting Escalate member/prospect concerns appropriately and support resolution/retention activities Provide market feedback on competition and community needs Qualifications Medicare sales experience (Medicare Advantage and/or D-SNP strongly preferred) Working knowledge of CMS compliance standards and ethical sales practices Proven ability to hit production targets and maintain quality/compliance scores Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outbound outreach, follow-up, and lead funnel management Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based CRM/lead tracking systems Self-directed with strong time/territory management in a remote setting Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment 100% remote role, California residents preferred
