HR Specialist

O2B Early Education is an early childhood education company serving families through preschools and school-age programs under brands including O2B Kids, The CHILD Center, and Cedars Preschool. Our team supports the people and operations that help these programs run smoothly, creating a positive experience for employees across the organization. In this role, you will support core HR processes that help team members move successfully through onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employment changes. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, values accuracy, and wants to contribute across a range of generalist HR activities in a busy, people-focused environment. Responsibilities Assist with employee onboarding. Support new hire compliance processes. Complete HRIS edits and corrections. Process internal employee transfers. Assign benefits based on position. Audit assigned benefits. Handle other HR generalist tasks as needed. Required Qualifications Eligible to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HR and hiring or onboarding. Experience in an HR generalist role. Experience with HRIS administration, including PTO adjustments, position changes, auditing, and transfers. Experience with ADP and familiarity with an applicant tracking system. Experience working in people-heavy environments and supporting multi-site operations.
