About the Role
BridgeMed Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Lab Support Technician to join our team on a one-year contract. This position will provide general laboratory and office support to help ensure our daily operations run efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is eager to learn, and wants to gain experience in the medical device industry.
Responsibilities
Provide general laboratory support, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing equipment and work areas.
Operate autoclaves and assist with sterilization activities following company procedures.
Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and maintaining laboratory organization.
Support laboratory staff with day-to-day projects and tasks.
Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative or office support as needed.
Maintain accurate records and follow company quality and safety procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or medical device experience is a plus but not required.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to follow procedures and work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
