Global HR Admin Specialist - Onboarding & Compliance
International Rescue Committee
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks an HR Administrative Specialist to support HR administration for the IRC New Jersey and New York offices. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, personnel files, time/attendance, and orientation, acting as a knowledgeable resource for staff and management. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will coordinate employee lifecycle processes, support special projects, and serve as the primary contact for interns.
