Dermatology office in Stevensville, MD seeks personable team player for full time Front Desk Receptionist position in a new location for a well-established Dermatology practice.
Our team approach culture focuses on achieving excellence in the patient experience. The Front Desk Receptionist position works as part of the health care team in delivering a high level of patient care.
In addition to a strong commitment to customer service, the ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task in a busy office, have a positive attitude, and be a team player!
*We are looking to hire experienced candidates who are motivated to work at a growing practice. *
Duties:
- Answer calls on a multi-line system promptly and retrieve messages
- Scheduling New and Follow-up Patient Appointments
- Check in and Checkout patients, verify and update demographic information
- Verify insurance and patient eligibility
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail with strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, personable, and energetic
- Insurance experience
Job Type:
· Full-time: Current hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
Experience:
Dermatology knowledge is preferred
Education:
· HS Diploma or equivalent
