Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Executives based in Miami, FL. The role involves overseeing strategic planning, managing operations, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Executives will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, align business goals with operational strategies, and ensure organizational success through effective leadership and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in project management and operational oversight
• Ability to oversee financial planning and manage budgets effectively
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience in the technology and AI tier3 infrastructure industry is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive organizational growth
