Were continuing to build this team with individuals who operate with intentionality and can problem-solve for most critical parts of our customers operations by harnessing the power of true invention./ppAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you will follow a well-defined methodology that helps identify the customers unique challenges and prove the value of Instabase while forever changing the lives of our customers./ppWhat youll do:/pulliProactively work to break into net-new logos in your assigned territory/liliFoster new business initiatives with target accounts and act as their internal advocate/liliStrategically define value and specific business outcomes that Instabase will help deliver/liliCollaboratively work alongside internal resources, partners, team members and your manager to be successful/liliMonitor the companys industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customers specific needs/li/ulpAbout you:/pulli5+ years of Enterprise B2B closing experience (FSI accounts preferred)/liliYoure excellent in pipeline generation are meticulous in planning and preparation/liliYoure driven to win and are motivated hit and exceed quota attainment YoY/liliHigh aptitude for cross functional collaboration and influence internally and externally/liliStrong ability to navigate an enterprise and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership/liliProvides valuable insights into how to improve the customers business operations/liliResearch and data driven approach to account planning; Proactively identify opportunities from business led discussions/liliSelf starter who is invested in the success of the team, ability to work in a start-up environment/li/ulpHow you work:/pulliIntellectually curious - youre driven by the desire to understand, empathize with the customer, and solve the root cause issue./liliEmotionally intelligent - you are highly sensitive to others and seek to align with them./liliGrowth Mindset - youre constantly seeking improvement in yourself; you think big, and use your team and customer collective IQ to improve customer outcomes./li/ulpRespectful and humble - to everyone, always./ppCompensation: The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $157,000+ commission, equity, and US benefits.
