Environmental Services Supervisor

Description Supervises the work of assigned personnel to ensure work is completed in conformance with established policies and procedures. Assists in training employees to ensure their understanding of policies and procedures. Including any other tasks or responsibilities that are given by the Manager or Director of Environmental Services Department at any given time. Required qualifications: Coursework/Training: 1 or more years of college 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role with 15+ employees Must have excellent customer service mannerisms and experience Progressively responsible for scheduling, supply tracking and ordering, class room training and on the job training, mixing & usage of chemicals Equipment maintenance, labor tracking, route of work flow, disciplinary actions & progress reports, HIPPA documentation disposal, Inspections & Audit tracking documentation Preferred qualifications: Experience in a hospital setting Why Join Providence Swedish? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
