Responsibilities Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure the Midas location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Enforces established policies, procedures and standards; schedules mechanics/technicians; manages outside orders; ensures quality and timely completion of jobs; meets customer expectations; and maintains team safety. Service Manager: Directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians; assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services; drives customer satisfaction by delivering timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance; communicates with customers, assesses needs, provides information on repairs and maintenance, and strives to meet customer expectations. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
