Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment and facility systems running at full strength. The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work from the direction of the Production Manager and Production Supervisors, and get hands-on with production and facility equipment to keep it performing at its best. From routine preventive maintenance to emergency repairs, you'll be the person who gets things back up and running — and keeps them that way. What You'll Do Perform routine, planned, and emergency maintenance and repair on production and facility equipment Monitor equipment performance and proactively identify issues before they become outages Respond quickly to equipment failures and operational disruptions, minimizing downtime Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Business Administration departments to prioritize maintenance activities and support operational resilience Source and identify replacement parts, manage vendor communications, and track open work orders through to resolution Schedule and oversee on-site work performed by third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and on time Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Support a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across the facility What we are seeking High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or maintenance position preferred. Demonstrates mechanical aptitude for diverse systems and mechanisms. Understanding of basic CNC equipment operation. Responsible and reliable with high attention to detail.
