Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client's mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, establishing measurable goals and interventions to support clients' recovery and growth.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and client-centered treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as required, ensuring appropriate safety planning for clients in urgent need.

Compensation and Benefits\n
