Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient's mental health status, history, and goals.

• Developing and implementing treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
