Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring effective and individualized care.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Create, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and include appropriate interventions designed to promote recovery and resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure clients receive coordinated and holistic care that meets their diverse needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients in crisis situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clear communication of client progress and any changes in treatment.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared recovery experiences among clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
