Job Description
We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in WebdriverIO (WDIO), JavaScript/TypeScript, and Selenium to develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of QA/Test Automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with WebdriverIO (WDIO) .
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Experience with Selenium/WebDriver and UI automation.
- Experience with REST API testing .
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using WDIO.
- Build reusable automation frameworks and test components.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test failures and identify defects/root causes.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support releases and continuously improve test coverage and automation quality.
Preferred: Cucumber/BDD, Playwright, Cypress, BrowserStack/Sauce Labs, Docker, and cloud testing experience.
