Lease Management Analyst – Commercial Real Estate

Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Rate: $49–$59 per hour

Opportunity Overview

Our client, a leading global technology company , is seeking an experienced Lease Management Analyst to support its real estate lease portfolio. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial lease administration, legal document review, database management, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor lease portfolios and provide accurate, timely reporting of critical dates, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
• Review, interpret, abstract, and enter lease documents into the system of record, ensuring a high level of data accuracy.
• Verify lease information and maintain up-to-date database records to support compliance and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate new lease setups, including collecting vendor payment information, insurance certificates, and required documentation.
• Research and resolve landlord and tenant payment discrepancies using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Track and facilitate the collection of tenant allowances, security deposits, and other lease-related financial obligations.
• Manage lease-related changes involving rent commencement, operating expense adjustments, ownership transfers, alteration consents, and lease terminations.
• Coordinate lease-related agreements and documentation, including Memorandums of Lease, SNDAs, assignments, estoppel certificates, and consents.
• Review and audit operating expense payments, reconciliations, billings, and estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease provisions.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and support effective lease portfolio management.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lease management or lease administration, including database and records management.
• Experience reviewing, interpreting, and abstracting legal real estate documents.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience researching payment discrepancies and reviewing lease-related financial obligations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with internal teams and external partners.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A paralegal certificate is also relevant to this position.

Full-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
