At Tribe 9 Foods, we're looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. Competitive pay: $28.00–$34.00 per hour Opportunities for growth and skill development Team-oriented culture focused on safety and respect Work Schedule Monday–Friday 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM Flexible scheduling may be needed to support production demands What You’ll Do Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting with minimal supervision. Conduct preventive maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment. Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions. Support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, and other safety programs. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, instructions, and blueprints. Complete maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance documentation. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Knowledge of preventive maintenance and lubrication practices. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Preferred Qualifications Experience with food manufacturing or packaging equipment. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems. Welding and fabrication experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
