Property Manager – NYC Real Estate Office
***DOWNTOWN NYC
Real Estate development and management firm that oversees a portfolio of mixed-use market rate buildings throughout New York City and the Hudson Valley.
Looking for a strong, confident Property Manager to join team.
Will be responsible for a portfolio of 7-10 buildings, and must oversee every aspect of daily operation, including processing leases, writing renewals, handling tenant inquiries, securing insurance policies and loans, addressing violations, and scheduling building tests, repairs, and upgrades.
**You will be responsible for a significant amount of bookkeeping and accounting, including processing Accounts Receivables, calculating reimbursables, and creating yearly budgets and reconciliation reports.
****Expert level skills in QuickBooks and Excel are mandatory****
Knowledge of construction AIA forms and requisitions is helpful.
You will also help the rest of the team with administrative duties in the office.
