Rise Group is a high-performing real estate team based in Walnut Creek, serving buyers and sellers across the East Bay. We're powered by Radius as our brokerage and partnered with both Zillow and Realtor.com, which means our teams run on real, consistent opportunities instead of chasing cold leads from scratch.

We're looking for Team Leaders who want to grow faster with the right support behind them. Whether you're already leading a team and ready to bring it to Rise, or you're an experienced agent ready to build your first one, we'll give you the leads, systems, and training to scale.

What sets us apart is that you don't have to build the infrastructure yourself. We provide Zillow and Realtor.com leads to fuel your team's production, plus hands-on recruiting training to help you attract and grow your agent count. Every agent you bring on goes through our structured 0-to-90-day onboarding program, and we train you on how to onboard and develop your people using our proven scripts, playbooks, and sign-off process. That means you spend your time leading and selling, not reinventing the wheel.

Behind you and your team is a full support system: dedicated Transaction Coordinators to manage files from contract to close, hands-on listing support, and an in-house marketing team that handles branding, collateral, and social content. You also get the tools to keep your team organized and accountable, including Follow Up Boss and our Agently coaching platform. You focus on leading, coaching, and closing. We handle the rest.

$250,000 commission based

• Recruit, interview, and grow your agent count using Rise Group's recruiting training and support to attract driven, coachable agents

• Onboard new agents through our structured 0-to-90-day program, guiding them through scripts, playbooks, shadowed showings, and sign-offs

• Coach your agents 1-on-1 to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual production goals, and hold them accountable using Follow Up Boss and our Agently coaching platform

• Oversee how your team works Zillow and Realtor.com leads, ensuring fast response times, consistent follow-up, and strong conversion

• Maintain your own active production by working with buyers and sellers and leading by example in the field

• Partner with our Transaction Coordinators, listing support, and in-house marketing team to deliver a seamless experience for every client

• Stay on top of East Bay market trends and share insights that help your team price, negotiate, and win

• Uphold Rise Group's standards for client experience, compliance, and team culture

• High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management
• Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required
• 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
