SSBCI Specialist Full Time, Solis Health Plans, Doral, FL, US Salary: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly Position Summary The SSBCI Specialist plays an integral role in product development of Medicare Advantage, evaluating the SSBCI benefit. The specialist tracks special supplemental benefits for chronically ill members and supports member services. The SSBCI Rewards program incentivizes health checks, screenings, and other preventive activities. Position is fully on site Monday‑Friday 8AM‑5PM. Location: 9250 NW 36th St, Miami, FL 33178. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer calls for members and educate them on program operations. Track member participation and generate reports. Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams for program tracking. Maintain accurate program performance records. Enter data accurately into the sales portal. Conduct outbound address verification calls. Contact providers to validate rewards activities. Scan and process mail‑in coupons. Input data into computer systems. Help provider relations educate team on program function; assist sales and member services for overall member experience. Collaborate with team members and member services to develop and support benefits and programs that drive membership growth and improve satisfaction. Qualifications and Education High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of healthcare experience. Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and HIPAA. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work with elderly and those with sensory impairments. Effective under pressure and in fast‑paced environments. Fluency in both Spanish and English. Performance Measurements Duties accomplished at the end of day/month. Interacts with patients, family members, staff, visitors, government agencies under varied conditions. This work requires climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. The employee is required to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 25 lbs. Work performed indoors with intermittent sitting, standing, bending, lifting and moving. Requires strong hearing and visual acuity. Work schedule is approximate and may change; all full‑time employees required to complete forty (40) hours per week including weekends and holidays as needed.
