Our client, a dynamic organization in the industry sector, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. As an Office Manager, you will be an integral part of the Real Estate team, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Jefferson, NC

Pay Range: $16-$20/hour DOE

Shift: 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate administrative activities and support team members
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company functions
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed

• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in social media platforms and website maintenance
