Senior Manager, PSTS

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager to lead integrated program management and strategic oversight of the PSTS digital, data science, AI, and technology portfolio. The role will coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives, align investments with business priorities, and facilitate decision-making across organizational boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated program management across PSTS digital, data, AI, and technology initiatives
- Connect strategic priorities and investments to business outcomes and portfolio value
- Identify cross-initiative dependencies, risks, and resource constraints; escalate critical issues
- Develop and maintain integrated plans; facilitate alignment across business owners and partners
- Prepare insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making and governance forums
Requirements
- Proven experience in integrated program and portfolio management within complex organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and drive alignment across teams
- Strong capability in strategic planning, risk identification, and portfolio visibility
- Experience synthesizing complex information for executive-level decision support
- Track record leading organizational coordination on digital, technology, or transformation initiatives
- Expertise in program governance, milestone tracking, and accountability frameworks
