We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Ensure facility equipment and systems are functioning properly Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residentsMaintain a safe and compliant environment in accordance with regulations Assist with groundskeeping and facility upkeep as needed Qualifications General “jack-of-all-trades” maintenance experience required Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting preferred Compassion and respect for the elderly and medically fragile population Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to complete a background check Why Join Chandler Creek Post Acute?
