Job Description We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to become a partof team!You will beresponsible for managing HRactivitiesfor the organization. Responsibilities Interview and hire employees based on company requirements Implement company culture, valuesand policies Develop workforce strategies, to recruit anddevelop qualified candidates Coordinate events focused onemployee recognition and dedication Advocate for employee retention and development Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records Participatein the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions Qualifications Previous experiencein Human Resources or other related fields Experience inconflict resolution Fundamental knowledge of labor and employmentlaws Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong leadership qualities #J-18808-Ljbffr
