Location: Valley Estates of Mabelvale - Mabelvale, AR

This is a Safety Sensitive Position - The essential functions, physical demands, and mental competencies of this job require the employee to maintain the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
The Service Technician reports directly to the Community Manager and is responsible for the daily maintenance operations of the property, including:
Completing all service requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining landscaping, pool care, and grounds upkeep
Performing preventive maintenance tasks and inspections
Supporting turn-key operations for apartment make-readies
HVAC or EPA certification preferred
Pool maintenance experience preferred
Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience with a focus on repairs, customer service, and upkeep
Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
