Are you a skilled maintenance technician looking for a new opportunity? Bowman Pointe Apartments, a luxury apartment community in West Little Rock, AR, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you have experience in appliance/equipment repair, electrical work, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform appliance and equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry tasks
- Ensure the upkeep and functionality of the apartment community
- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for maintenance emergencies
- Maintain a professional demeanor while performing all tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred
- Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair
- Experience with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
