- Performing routine and major maintenance repairs for apartments, common areas, and grounds.
- Handling service requests promptly (goal: within one business day).
- Completing turnkey work for vacant units-paint, repairs, lock changes, inspections, and vendor coordination.
- Maintaining an organized, stocked maintenance shop.
- Performing preventive maintenance inspections on all systems and structures.
- Maintaining pool equipment, landscaping, irrigation systems, and exterior areas.
- Participating in on-call rotations for 24-hour emergency maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company standards at all times.
- HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and irrigation
- Pool operation experience a plus
- Must be available for on-call duty for emergencies
