Front Desk Supervisor

$20.2 - $28.83 per hour

Position Summary Care Facilitator Supervisor – responsible for organizing and directing the work of front desk staff, coordinating staff activities and schedules to ensure effective patient care services and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Care Facilitators and front desk staff Set performance goals, develop talent, and implement improvements Instill company values, promote team engagement and retention Conduct onboarding, coaching, and leadership rounding Execute core model and center playbook procedures Maintain patient flow metrics and scheduling optimization Adhere to enterprise scheduling templates ensuring 100% patient assignment Serve as primary contributor in hiring and selection of staff Monitor OSHA, clinical, and quality standards; implement corrective action plans Act as first point of contact for escalated patient issues Support PCP scheduling and ensure accurate scheduling Review ENS notifications and ensure follow-up Verify medical release forms and ensure PCP sign‑off Manage e‑fax folder, phone messages, and after‑hour messages Troubleshoot dashboard, phone, and computer issues Order office supplies and maintain inventory Provide coverage for Care Facilitator absences and front desk duties Support VIP patient experience and new patient paperwork Qualifications Strong business acumen and operational knowledge Understanding of regulatory standards and state/federal laws Excellent critical reasoning, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Leadership, training, written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of medical insurance and/or EMR systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems Professional, courteous communication with employees and patients Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 10% Spoken and written fluency in English Education & Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent required 3+ years of experience in a medical facility required Some college coursework preferred BLS for Healthcare Providers certification desired Compensation Hourly rate: $20.20 – $28.83. Final compensation will depend on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Position may also be eligible for bonuses or commissions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
