We’re seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial operations, including monthly/quarterly reporting, year-end close, audits, and cash management. This role will own the accounting for complex  joint venture structures , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely consolidation. The Controller will partner closely with leadership on financial strategy, internal controls, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing full-cycle accounting and year-end close
• Hands-on joint venture accounting expertise (required)
• CPA and/or  Big Four public accounting background strongly preferred
• Proficiency in financial reporting, consolidations, and audit coordination
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
