The better we do the better you do! Based on your experience and performance record, we offer an annual salary for full time $75K to $120K. Part time employee pay averages 55K-75K Additionally, we offer to full time employees Paid vacation Holiday pay Medical/health Insurance 401K plan Saving account Continuing education Flexible hours Our Location: 1827 Knoll Dr., Ventura, CA - Your Mission as our Pediatric Speech Therapist Supervisor The purpose of this position is to provide excellent supervision of our licensed therapist assistants and /or CFY-SLPs who provide interventions to families that CTN serves, in order to achieve functional goals to help children grow. Our clinical team is the backbone of Children’s Therapy Network and responsible for the delivery of excellent care by providing quality therapy services. Through a collaborative effort with other healthcare providers, you will promote improved function of our clients through therapeutic interventions and education to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to support the clients that we serve. What we expect from our Supervising Speech Language Pathologist: Excellent supervision and mentoring so that our licensed assistants and CFY-SLP can meet the below expectations 95% Positive customer satisfaction surveys measured randomly 80% Proposed Goals met by re-evaluation 100% of billable hours served, per individual Employment agreement 90% of arrivals or higher per scheduled hours 100% of daily documentation completed within 24 hours of seeing the patient 100% of all Evaluations/Re-evaluations/Progress documentation completed within 48 - 72 hours of seeing the patient.
