The HR Coordinator will work closely with leadership to assist with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and internal processes. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, approachable, and passionate about supporting people within a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for all staff (clinical and administrative)
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
• Help facilitate new hire orientation and training tracking
• Support performance review processes and documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for general HR-related questions from staff
• Assist with policy updates and internal communications
• Track licensure, certifications, and required documentation for clinical staff
• Support payroll coordination and benefits administration (in collaboration with leadership and external partners)
• Assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture aligned with TC&C values

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with healthcare, mental health, or group practice settings preferred
• Knowledge of HR best practices and basic employment compliance standards is a plus
