Administrator Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our Accounting and Finance team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth purchasing and accounts payable processes.

Our company specializes in advanced burn-in test technology for electronic components, including semiconductors, processors, and circuit boards. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a technology-driven environment while working closely with finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan, organize, and maintain electronic document records accurately
• Upload receipts and financial documentation into internal systems
• Verify packing slips against received goods for accuracy
• Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Match invoices with purchase orders (POs) and vouchers
• Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
• Assist in resolving discrepancies in invoices and documentation
• Follow established procedures for document management and recordkeeping
• Support the Director of Accounting and Finance with daily tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Previous administrative or office support experience
• Ability to review and verify financial documents with precision
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Familiarity with document scanning and electronic filing systems
• Basic understanding of accounts payable processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn new systems and follow structured procedures
• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
