Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Location: Evergreen Park & Mokena, Illinois (onsite across two outpatient clinic locations) Schedule: Full-Time 3 days Evergreen Park, 1 day Mokena, 1 dedicated day off, plus one 4-hour Saturday per month Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000/year (based on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate) Benefits: 401(k) with employer match, cost-shared medical insurance, and dental, vision and life coverage available at employee expense Position Overview An independent, physician-owned primary care group in Chicago's south suburbs is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team across two outpatient offices. The practice cares for patients across the full lifespan and has built its standing in the community on continuity and long-term relationships with the families it serves. This is a purely outpatient seat with no hospital rounding and no call. The incoming provider carries a full lifespan panel, men, women and children down to newborns, roughly 30 percent of which is pediatric. The clinical team includes a primary care physician, four nurse practitioners, and a seasoned Medical Director who is well established across the group's service areas.
