Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health and substance use treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including addiction specialists and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care.

• Facilitate psychoeducation and support sessions for both clients and their families, focusing on recovery processes and mental wellness.

• Stay informed about the latest research, interventions, and best practices in the mental health and addiction fields to continuously enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various backgrounds struggling with substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health issues. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients navigate their recovery journey, develop coping skills, and achieve their treatment goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience, specifically in psychotherapy with a focus on substance use disorders.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and effective communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth modalities to conduct therapy sessions.

• Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding substance use treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
