Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Demonstrated experience in school-based OT, ideally covering K-12 populations
• Familiarity with home health, healthcare, or teletherapy OT settings is a plus
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Comfort with IEP development and participation in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Tech-savvy, especially if providing or participating in teletherapy sessions
• Professional communication approach, both with students and staff
• Must be able to collaborate effectively and independently manage caseload priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy for students across a K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to develop and monitor IEP goals
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to support students' motor, sensory, and adaptive functioning
• Participate in team meetings to share progress and contribute expertise
• Maintain precise, timely documentation in line with district and compliance standards
• Adapt services for in-person, home, or teletherapy delivery as needed
