Responsibilities

As a Pest Control Technician at ohDEER, you will be responsible for the following:

● Safely and thoroughly apply all-natural pest control treatments according to company guidelines, ensuring the safety of both customers and the environment.

● Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns while providing excellent service.

● Maintain and clean company-provided equipment, ensuring it is always in good working order and ready for use.

● Keep detailed records of service visits, pest control applications, and customer interactions using provided tools and software.

● Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards to ensure safe working practices and environmental responsibility.

● Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and share insights on effective pest control methods and customer interactions.

Qualifications

● You love being outside and are committed to eco-friendly practices!

● Friendly and customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.

● Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team driven.

● Positive attitude and willingness to help other team members.

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record.

● Previous outdoor work experience as well as commercial driving experience.

● Successful completion of DOT physical.

● Valid CORE license, MO 03 Ornamental and Turf Pest Control, and 07A Pest Control for General Pest Control, preferred.
