We are seeking a motivated professional with 5+ years of Buying and Procurement background for an opportunity in Olathe, KS! This role offers a foot in the door with a growing orginization. Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize supply chain metrics, vendor data, and inventory equilibrium within the corporate ERP platform to guarantee seamless manufacturing continuity through efficient purchase order management.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis to discover, vet and build a resilient network of external vendors and partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations regarding vendor agreements and pricing structures, focusing heavily on maximizing cost efficiency, upholding quality standards, and ensuring punctual delivery.
• Strategically align order quantities and delivery schedules to leverage economies of scale and secure the most favorable pricing.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with critical vendors by establishing consistent communication channels and providing routine performance evaluations regarding delivery and quality metrics.
• Proactively mitigate material deficits and supply chain bottlenecks to safeguard against any disruptions to product availability.
