Hotel AR Specialist — Guest Experience & Timely Payments

Overview The Accounting Receivable Specialist provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting department. Responsibilities Assist with guest billing inquiries via phone and email. Respond to guest requests, inquiries, issues and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service. Assist with charging AV invoices. Respond to all chargeback inquiries in a timely manner. Process online e-store orders including gift cards and resort events. Collect F&B receipts daily. Responsible for filing BEO’s. Assist with any ad-hoc projects, as needed. Act with responsibility and confidentiality towards all company assignments, property, supplies, and equipment. Set up new receivable/master accounts in accordance with established credit policy. Reconcile open account status items. Support for timely collection and posting of payments. Experience, Education, & Licensure High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Hotel accounting background preferred. Compensation Base Pay Start Rate: $27.42/Hr.
