Dental Treatment Coordinator/Sales representative

Bilingual Dental Treatment Coordinator / Sales Representative We are looking for a motivated, caring, and confident bilingual team member to join our growing dental practice. This role focuses on speaking with prospective patients who are inquiring about dental treatment — especially dental implants and full mouth rehabilitation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust, answer questions with compassion, and guide patients toward scheduling appointments and moving forward with treatment. Responsibilities: Make outbound and follow-up phone calls to prospective patients Build rapport and create a welcoming, reassuring experience Help navigate patients toward scheduling consultations and appointments Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and inquiries Track performance and meet scheduling/conversion goals Work closely with the dental team to ensure excellent patient communication Qualifications: Bilingual required (English/Spanish) Strong sales background preferred Dental experience is a plus, but not required Excellent phone communication and people skills Caring, empathetic, and patient-focused personality Smooth, confident conversational skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable working with performance metrics and targets Positive attitude and professional demeanor If you are energetic, persuasive, compassionate, and enjoy helping people improve their lives through dentistry, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Estheticare Dental Consultant Pc
