We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a multispecialty fee-for-service dental office. If you’re a strong communicator with a proven sales background and a passion for patient care, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Educate and guide patients through treatment options.

Build strong patient relationships to ensure treatment acceptance.

Coordinate and manage treatment plans with efficiency and accuracy.

Assist in achieving office goals by using sales techniques to promote patient care.

Requirements:

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (applicants who are not bilingual will not be considered).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales experience is a must.

Minimum one year of experience.

Dental background and familiarity with dental terminology is a must.
