Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - ER Facility: Providence Covenant Medical Center Location: Lubbock, TX Employment Type: Travel/Contract Shift: Evening (3x12 Hours) 15:00 3:00 Start Date: 10/5/2026 Job Duration: 13 weeks Compensation: Rate Type: Hourly Over Time: 40 total hours in 1 week: 1.3% Double Time: None On-Call: 15$ Call Back: 1.3% Holiday Pay: 1.3% Additional Information: 1ST TIMER - ER RN - Req 10799 Will position float between units: No Is on-call required? No Are weekends required? Yes 6 weekends per 6 weeks Are block schedules required? Block is approved but not required What are expected ratios? 1:3 Special requirements: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC; 2 years is a hardstop requirement Are 48 hours approved: No Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Total Staffed Beds: 379 Level II Trauma Center Department Uniform/Dress: a. The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. (Scrub tops may have colored piping.) Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU). Women's Services (L&D, Mom/ Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire. b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
