Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders in clients, ensuring each assessment is comprehensive and sensitive to the individual’s unique context.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating their goals and preferences while incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies tailored to promote understanding and support informed decision-making.

• Monitor client progress continuously, tracking improvements and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Stay current with the latest research in mood disorders and therapeutic interventions, contributing to ongoing service development within our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at River Way Mental Health Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health crises. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through challenges such as trauma recovery, anxiety management, and emotional regulation. Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, a supportive demeanor, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and struggles.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance bonuses.
