Role Summary As a Commercial Relationship Manager I, you will support business clients by building strong relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. You will play a key role in growing a high‑performing portfolio while helping clients navigate their lending and treasury management needs. Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with new and existing commercial clients. Actively market a broad range of bank services to meet the needs of business owners. Negotiate loan terms and conditions within your scope of authority. Prepare and present credit analyses and recommendations for borrowing requests. Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk through ongoing analysis and accurate rating. Perform periodic credit reviews to maintain overall portfolio quality. Build awareness of the bank through community involvement and networking. Assist loan support staff to ensure efficient relationship management. Follow all internal policies, procedures, security standards, and government regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (required). Two or more years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development (required). An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to develop and manage new business relationships. Strong communication and negotiation skills with effective presentation abilities. Solid understanding of local markets and client needs. Strong financial and analytical skills for underwriting and structuring commercial credits. Knowledge of treasury management products and their value to business clients. Up‑to‑date knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines. Travel Up to 10 % Compensation & Benefits Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $99,296 – $134,342. Annual incentive potential.
