You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles./ppThe Broker Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a regional broker strategy of key broker accounts in an effort to grow TriNets business. In this influential role, the Broker Relationship Manager drives profitable sales of products, services, and solutions through articulation of TriNets value proposition to an executive customer level. This role works closely with Sales Consultants and leadership to leverage TriNet core offerings, help build long term relationships and provide thought leadership. This role provides autonomy and an opportunity to influence and impact TriNets future growth. The Broker Relationship Manager is expected to have solid product knowledge with the ability to demo specific products lines as needed to customer groups, maintain, and grow relationships and involve the surrounding team to achieve the company goals./ppWhat you will do:/pulliRepresent and convey effectively TriNets products, solutions services which demonstrates tangible economic value, drives growth, links to customer business drivers and key performance indicators, and identifies competitive advantage, strategic positioning, shared goals, risks and profitability impact./liliTarget prospective brokers, through phone, e-mail, social media, networking events, association events, etc., to add to the TriNet family of referral partners./liliTroubleshoot issues with internally aligned support team./liliAbility to collaborate, team with, find compromise, and build consensus with regional field sales consultants, leadership, and internal shareholders to leverage TriNet resources./liliDevelop a trust-based, mutually beneficial relationship with principal customer sponsors while promoting business growth and balancing selling efforts at multiple customer levels within Strategic Accounts./liliGenerate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment./liliOther projects and responsibilities may be added at managers discretion./liliPerforms other duties as assigned/liliComplies with all policies and standards/li/ulpEducation Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred/li/ulpExperience Qualifications:/pulliTypically 8 plus years in Sales and/or account relationship management experience in consultative sales preferred/liliTypically 2 plus years experience in TriNet Sales as a top performer preferred/li/ulpSkills and Abilities:/pulliAccount planning facilitation and presentation skills./liliStrong executive level selling and relationship skills./liliExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills./liliKnowledge of sales principles and applied sales techniques./liliAbility to negotiate challenges, remove barriers and work through issues./liliA demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace./liliDeep understanding of how the businesses operates, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level./liliAbility to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities./liliAbility to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization./liliPossess cross-function integration collaboration skills./liliHigh intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence./liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce./li/ulpTravel Requirements:/pulliTravel may be required domestically 50%/li/ulpWork Environment:/pulliWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting.
