Personal Injury Paralegal Location: Dallas, TX Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 per year Language: Bilingual English/Spanish required Position Overview ExecuSource is partnering with a midsize personal injury law firm in Dallas, TX, to hire an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity for a paralegal with direct personal injury experience who is comfortable supporting attorneys and managing cases in a fast-paced legal environment. The firm offers a professional but casual and team-oriented atmosphere. Employees have their own office space, the dress code is business casual, and pets may occasionally be in the office. Key Responsibilities Provide paralegal support throughout the personal injury case lifecycle Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation Maintain organized and accurate case files Track important case deadlines and follow-up items Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and other parties Assist with obtaining and organizing medical records and case documentation Support settlement and litigation preparation as needed Manage multiple cases and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail Qualifications Previous personal injury paralegal experience required Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong understanding of personal injury case processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable working fully onsite in Dallas, TX What the Firm Offers $80,000–$85,000 annual salary Permanent, full-time opportunity Monday–Friday schedule 40-hour workweek Business casual dress code Individual office space Casual, collaborative work environment Hiring Process Qualified candidates can expect a streamlined one-and-done onsite interview . #J-18808-Ljbffr
