While we've been in this business for a long time, we're not stuck in the old 'grease monkey' shop ways. We have the newest equipment & tools and believe in investing in our team in continuing their education so we can be the best in our field... AND WE'RE LOOKING TO GROW! As an Automotive Technician at Duricek Automotive, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional vehicle diagnostic testing, service, and repair to our customers. We hold ourselves to a high ethical standard and are set to change the public's perception of the automotive repair industry with fair, honest & reliable auto repair built on trust and mutual respect. REASONS YOU WANT TO WORK HERE... Monday-Friday Work Week 8:00 am-5:00 pm NO WEEKENDS. NO LATE NIGHTS. You have a life outside of repairing cars. We think you should be able to live with normal business hours. There's no late weeknights, no rotating weekends. We all love what we do, but we also believe that we have a greater purpose. Being the best spouses, parents, and friends we can be. You get home to your family and spend time with the people that matter the most.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, to keep vehicles running smoothly.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and share knowledge for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and company protocols.
• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new automotive technologies to enhance service quality and expertise. Qualifications Standards of Conduct

• Maintain readiness and adaptability to the changes that arise throughout the day.

- 2 WEEKS OF VACATION IMMEDIATELY UPON HIRING.
