Business Process ManagerOur client, an industrial technology company, is seeking a Business Process Manager to join their team. As a Business Process Manager, you will be part of the Business Process Management organization supporting engineering, offering, integrated supply chain, advanced manufacturing, commercial, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, process improvement expertise, and stakeholder management skills which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Business Process Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Pay Range: $70.00 - $75.00/hr Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMWhat's the Job?Drive process standardization initiatives for new product development, research, and technology development across all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes across engineering, offering, integrated supply chain, advanced manufacturing, commercial, and finance.Develop and document current and future state processes, procedures, and associated policies.Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Support implementation of standardized processes and monitor adoption across the organization.What's Needed?Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process management or related roles.Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in process documentation and process mapping tools.Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.Experience facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.What's in it for me?Competitive pay rate of $70.00 - $75.00 per hour.Opportunity to drive enterprise-wide process standardization initiatives.Exposure to cross-functional teams across multiple business areas.Opportunity to support new product development, research, and technology development activities.
